Apparently, the scoundrel and his underlings recently stole the Bonefrost Barrel from its sacred resting place and are attempting to fence it for a chunky fractured jasper of immense value.

Any brave soul keen on hunting down the villain and his gang will need to journey to the nearby Ruined Wilderness, where a confrontation with its feared guardian, the Tunnel Piper is all but a grim certainty.
